Gluten Digest combines several enzymes in one capsule, including BioCore® DPP IV (Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV), proteases, and amylases.
DPP IV – An enzyme with activity toward certain peptide bonds found in cereal grain proteins.
Proteases – Enzymes that break down proteins.
Amylases – Enzymes that break down starches and carbohydrates.
The formula provides these enzymes together in a convenient capsule designed to be taken according to the product directions.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule at the beginning of any meal that may contain gluten, or follow the directions provided on the product label.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose (capsule), rice bran, and medium-chain triglycerides.
